WELCOME TO OUR COMPANY
Corporate Communications Alliance, LLC provides a wide array of products and services
to its clientele, delivering each with an unsurpassed level of professionalism that is
backed by more than 2 decades of experience in the telecommunications industry.
HISTORY
Originally established in 1985 as Corporate Communications, Inc., we have upheld
a long-standing tradition of excellence in the communications industry. We emerged
in the marketplace as a service-oriented company, serving mostly larger corporations.
As our rapport with our customers grew, so did we; eventually branching out into
multiple areas of communications to meet the ever-changing needs of our existing
and new customers. The demand for feature-rich, dependable communication systems
backed by superior customer service compelled us to enter the hardware aspect of
telephony as a value-added-retailer (VAR).
In 1997 we chose Avaya (formerly Lucent Technologies) as our preferred manufacturer
and became endorsed as a Diamond Dealership.
In 2006, we merged with Cleveland Dovington Partners, Inc. and its family
of companies, Tech Alliance, and Lease Alliance, LLC and became Corporate
Communications Alliance, LLC. The primary reason for this merger was to
have the ability to offer our customers a Voice-over-Internet-Protocol (VoIP)
communications solution. This merger has also allowed us to expand our customer
service offerings to include a full range of professional IT services such as voice
and data network design and support, application development and integration as
well as a host of consultative services.
As Corporate Communications Alliance, LLC, we continue our tradition of meeting
our customers existing and future communication needs.
